Easy to put up and fit well under the stairs

The wall mounted coat rack was delivered quickly, The coat racks are well made, and easy to install on to a wood door. I would say the screws provided were not that good so recommend using better quality screws. I found that one of the coat racks were missing screws, I messaged Rinkit and they sent me another one which arrived a few days later. That is great service and I would recommend both the coat rack and Rinkit.com
Very easy to put up. Sturdy. Not noticeable when not in use. Put them on the wall in our canal boat and we were both so impressed by the quality and simple style. Brilliant value.
Great coat rack at a reasonable price
This coat rack is so stylish and ideal for small spaces. The hooks have rounded off ends so they won't spoil clothes or towels that haven't a hanging loop. I bought one for the hall an one for the bathroom. The hooks flip up snugly into the grooves. One screw was missing from the fittings bag, and one instead of two were delivered I rang and the second one was sent by the next day special delivery, so no complaints really. I definitely would recommend this as it was a very good price for such a stylish item.
They look amazing when hanged. I was so impressed, I bought another 5!

Do I have to pay additional delivery costs because I live in a remote location?
We do not charge extra for delivery, no matter where you live in the UK, although express shipping is not always available to remote areas. Some shipments may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic or other factors. In those cases, we always aim to minimise inconvenience and keep you informed.

Broken items? Don’t worry - we will send you a replacement.
Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition.
Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate. Send a picture of any damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

Returning unwanted products
You have 30 days to return any products you don't want to keep. Follow the simple steps below to return your item to us:
Package the items in the same way they were dispatched to you. Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and refund will not be able to be processed.
Send the parcel back to us via your local post office, second class is fine. If the parcel is over 2kg Royal Mail will not accept it on a second class service. The cheapest option for a return would be to use www.parcel2go.com.
Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of return is to be covered by yourself.
Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within seven working days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
