Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £35
Most online retailers add the cost of delivery onto their products. At Rinkit.com we don't do this! Instead, we keep delivery costs separate from the price of our products and offer Free UK delivery on all orders over £35.
If you order before 3pm on a weekday, your order will be dispatched the same day. We use a variety of couriers depending on the size, value and destination of your order including Royal Mail Yodel, DPD and UK Mail.

Do I have to pay additional delivery costs because I live in a remote location?
We do not charge extra for delivery, no matter where you live in the UK, although express shipping is not always available to remote areas. Some shipments may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic or other factors. In those cases, we always aim to minimise inconvenience and keep you informed.
Does Rinkit deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom?
We deliver our products to Europe, Canada, Australia and the United States of America. Please visit our International Shipping page for more information.
Broken items? Don’t worry - we will send you a replacement.
Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition.
Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate. Send a picture of any damaged items to email@example.com, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

Returning unwanted products
You have 30 days to return any products you don't want to keep. Follow the simple steps below to return your item to us:
Package the items in the same way they were dispatched to you. Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and refund will not be able to be processed.
Send the parcel back to us via your local post office, second class is fine. If the parcel is over 2kg Royal Mail will not accept it on a second class service. The cheapest option for a return would be to use www.parcel2go.com.
Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of return is to be covered by yourself.
Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within seven working days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
If you'd like to arrange a return yourself, please visit the DPD site by clicking here and following the instructions. Please note that a deduction of £4.99 will be taken from your refund when using the DPD service.
