Ordered no problem 5***** Yodel was their preference for courier service but yodel —-5 but Lucy at rinkit sorted out my problems with yodel not rinkit ... would highly recommend rinkit brilliant company staff are outstanding....
Great Item, just what I have been looking for for a long time
We both love them, shame we di not get them before heat wave though Bought hot tub as well and great to go from one to the other and like having a Spanish holiday in small hotel with small pool Only disappointed in that you cannot get a replacement cover if it ever splits and there have to fork out another large sum for a replacement If only they could source the replacement covert I would give them and the service 100%
When the sun shines
The item is just like the onces abroad but you dont have to get them before the Germans around the pool . Very good value for your money and very robust as my tenagers have had jumping sessions on them all read with no side effects for the lounges. .

These sunloungers and easy to move around and very comfortable. They are easy to operate.

We now have 4 of these sun loungers 2 are 2 years old and still look the same as the 2 new ones ,virtually no degradation in the appearance or colouration due to rain frost or sunlight,a well designed and manufactured product,w ell pleased

Do I have to pay additional delivery costs because I live in a remote location?
We do not charge extra for delivery, no matter where you live in the UK, although express shipping is not always available to remote areas. Some shipments may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic or other factors. In those cases, we always aim to minimise inconvenience and keep you informed.
Does Rinkit deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom?

Broken items? Don’t worry - we will send you a replacement.
Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition.
Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate. Send a picture of any damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

Returning unwanted products
You have 30 days to return any products you don't want to keep. Follow the simple steps below to return your item to us:
Package the items in the same way they were dispatched to you. Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and refund will not be able to be processed.
Send the parcel back to us via your local post office, second class is fine. If the parcel is over 2kg Royal Mail will not accept it on a second class service. The cheapest option for a return would be to use www.parcel2go.com.
Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of return is to be covered by yourself.
Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within seven working days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
