Very good after sales service
Better than expected
I chose these chairs as they had the highest backs of all of the affordable chairs I viewed online. They arrived within a few days stacked in a large cardboard box. Both the box and chairs were in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the comfort and look of these chairs and would not hesitate to purchase from Rinkit.com again.
These chairs are exactly what I was looking for. They are comfortable, with a high back. They stack easily so take up no space when not in use. The price was great - £15 each and delivery was really fast. I’m really pleased I found them online.
Chairs seem to be good value for money. Unfortunately the top chair in the box was broken - possibly because the parasol base ordered at the same time was put in the same box as the chairs. Service from the company was brilliant and after reporting the broken chair and sending pictures, a replacement was delivered within 4 days.
Just Need some Sun!
The service from Rinkit was excellent and the product was as expected. There were difficulties with the carrier and the chairs were delivered after four days - Rinkit were extremely helpful in resolving the issues. I would have no hesitation in using this company again. Garden now looks great.

Do I have to pay additional delivery costs because I live in a remote location?
We do not charge extra for delivery, no matter where you live in the UK, although express shipping is not always available to remote areas. Some shipments may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic or other factors. In those cases, we always aim to minimise inconvenience and keep you informed.
Does Rinkit deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom?

Broken items? Don’t worry - we will send you a replacement.
Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition.
Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate. Send a picture of any damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

Returning unwanted products
You have 30 days to return any products you don't want to keep. Follow the simple steps below to return your item to us:
- Package the items in the same way they were dispatched to you.
- Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and refund will not be able to be processed.
- Send the parcel back to us via your local post office, second class is fine. If the parcel is over 2kg Royal Mail will not accept it on a second class service. The cheapest option for a return would be to use www.parcel2go.com
Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of return is to be covered by yourself.
Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within seven working days, please contact us and we'll investigate. Please return your unwanted products to:
