    Glamorous party gift

    I have not used the item as it is an Xmas gift, but I have examined it and it is very well made. The lid on the shaker has a neat, cushioned closing. I shall be pairing it with some cocktail ingredients or glasses for a party girl. Highly recommended!

    It was a secret santa gift to a colleague. Didnt like the fact the box said what it was though. But the gift looked very nice.

    Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition.


    Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate. Send a picture of any damaged items to sales@rinkit.com, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!


    We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours and you can call us on +44 (0)1903 726077 between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.


    Returning unwanted products


    You have 30 days to return any products you don't want to keep. Follow the simple steps below to return your item to us:

    1. Package the items in the same way they were dispatched to you.
    2. Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and refund will not be able to be processed.
    3. Send the parcel back to us via your local post office, second class is fine. If the parcel is over 2kg Royal Mail will not accept it on a second class service. The cheapest option for a return would be to use www.parcel2go.com


    Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of return is to be covered by yourself.


    Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within seven working days, please contact us and we'll investigate. Please return your unwanted products to:
