What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UK credit and debit cards, along with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every transaction is securely processed, so you can shop with confidence.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you've changed your mind or made a mistake, please get in touch as soon as you can. We'll do everything we can to help, although we may not be able to amend your order once it’s been packed for dispatch.
How do I change my address?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address can’t be changed.
I’d like to buy a large quantity of items. Can I get a discount?
We’d be happy to help with bulk or trade orders. Please send us the details of what you're looking for and our team will come back to you with pricing options.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK, with select international options available. For full details, please see our International Shipping page.
How long will delivery take?
Most mainland UK orders arrive the next working day if placed before 6:00 PM. We also offer Pre-1:00PM and Saturday delivery, which can be selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If it hasn’t arrived, please check your spam or junk folder, or get in touch and we’ll resend it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in their original condition.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at sales@rinkit.com and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note, return postage is your responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked service.
I’ve received a faulty or damaged item. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll put it right as quickly as possible.
I ordered through Amazon, eBay, Tesco, or another platform. How do I return it?
If your order was placed through a third-party platform, the return needs to go through them directly. Please log into your account with them and follow their return process.
Part of my order is missing. What now?
Sometimes items are shipped in separate parcels. Please check your dispatch email for tracking details. If something still hasn’t arrived, let us know and we’ll look into it right away.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 to 5 working days. It may take a little longer to appear on your statement, so please hold onto your return tracking in case it’s needed.
Products & Stock
An item I love is out of stock. Will it come back?
Some of our products are limited editions and sell out quickly, but many are restocked. You can sign up for email alerts on the product page, or contact us directly for updates—we’re always happy to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently don't offer a wrapping service, but many items arrive boxed and ready to gift as they are.
Your prices are lower than on Amazon or eBay. Why is that?
When you shop with us directly, you’re buying straight from the source. That means no added marketplace fees, better value, and exclusive offers you won’t find elsewhere.
