Returns & Replacements

It's easy to make a return with us and you can return an unwanted item for up to 30 days after you receive it. Start a return using the link below to enter your Customer Account, select the order you'd like to return.

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.    

• Can I send it without contacting you? If you have changed your mind and want to return your order without our assistance, you can also book your return directly with Evri here.  This method cannot be used for faulty or incorrect orders.
• Will I have to pay to return an item? You’ll be responsible for the return of an item unless it’s proven to be faulty.
• How long will it take to process a refund?  We’ll refund your original card within 14 days after we have received the item.

If something isn't right, all of our items are covered by our two-year warranty.
