Saturday Delivery
In order to receive a Saturday delivery, please select 'Saturday Delivery' at checkout and order by 6:00 PM on Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Friday for delivery the next Saturday.
BULK Item Surcharge

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?
We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don’t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you may contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this. You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.

I brought 2 marble wine coolers! One for me and one as present they are so lovely. Very good quality. Looks great on my kitchen work top. I also brought some shot glasses.
This is an attractive and useful addition to our kitchen, but I found out the hard way that leaving a chopped fresh lemon on it will permanently mark it. I have now bought some sealant to stop a repeat, but a warning would have been good.
I am so pleased with this Jars. They are lightweight and very functional, they seem fragile but the cover is so intact. Using them for meal prep and I am so happy.
