Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all orders on the next working day. All orders placed before 6:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries as it could be sent in different shipments.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday and your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 2 working days (typically next-day). Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day and be delivered within 2 working days (typically next-day).
Next Day Premium Tracked Delivery: Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday and your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Any order placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
Saturday Delivery: In order to receive a Saturday delivery, please select 'Saturday Delivery' at the checkout. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Friday for delivery the next Saturday.
Bulk Item Surcharge: Some items (such as garden tables, chairs, sun loungers and fire pits) are bulky, and they incur an additional shipping surcharge of £2.99, and may take up to 3 days to arrive with you. This charge is added to the overall shipping cost in the checkout, if your cart includes one of these items.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.
Start a self-service return from your order, or contact us by email at sales@rinkit.com and we'll respond during our office hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and within 24 hours of receiving your email.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you can contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this. You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.
Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?
We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don’t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.
Can I get a discount for a large quantity of items?
