The Duralex Picardie collection of Drinking Glasses ticks each of those boxes effortlessly, with a design built on techniques that have made Duralex one of the leading names in glassware for over 70 years.
Each piece has been crafted from tempered glass which is heated to ~700øC then suddenly cooled by cold air ventilation. The result is a glass that is more than twice as strong as standard glass, with exceptional resistance to shocks both thermal (sudden changes in temperature) and mechanical (being knocked or dropped).
So far, so impressive - so what does that mean for you? Basically, it means that Duralex glassware has been built to cater perfectly for the rigours of even the most demanding modern home or kitchen, for as long as that home or kitchen needs it to.
The Picardie has been the undisputed flagship of the Duralex brand for 60 years - now found in bars, restaurants, pubs, clubs and cafes around the world. Its iconic silhouette - evoking images of rolling, rippling waters - has been designed to be as pleasant in the hand as it is on the eyes, with soft, subtle ridges that urge its audience to take hold.

Options
Standard Delivery
Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday for delivery typically the next working day but within 2 working days for £4.99. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Next Working Day Delivery
Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday for delivery the next working day for £6.99. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Saturday Delivery
In order to receive a Saturday delivery, please select 'Saturday Delivery' at checkout and order by 6:00 PM on Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Friday for delivery the next Saturday.
BULK Item Surcharge
Some items (such as garden tables, chairs, sun loungers and fire pits) are bulky, and they incur an additional shipping surcharge of £3.99, and may take up to 3 days to arrive with you. This charge is added to the overall shipping cost in the checkout, if your cart includes one of these items.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you may contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this. You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.
