Orders placed after [[ dispatch_cut_off ]] will be dispatched the following day for delivery the day after. Deliveries do not take place on a Sunday. Orders placed on a Saturday will therefore be delivered the following Monday.

Click & Collect by DPD: Order before [[ dispatch_cut_off ]] on a weekday and your order will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2 days, to the location you choose at checkout. Orders placed after [[ dispatch_cut_off ]] will be dispatched the following working day and be delivered within 2 days, to the location you choose at checkout.

DPD Next Working Day Delivery: Order before [[ dispatch_cut_off ]] on a weekday and your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Any order placed after [[ dispatch_cut_off ]] will be dispatched the next working day.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

FAQs

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you can contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this. You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.

Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?

We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don’t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.

Perfect for purpose as table top price list for fairs I’m doing - written on in white chalk.

Recieved the item late, however as described, a good size, would have been better if a stick of chalk was provided with the board. Otherwise. Good price and well made, i painted the wood white easily, and now matches my kitchen.

This is lovely and bigger than I expected. Was really well wrapped too so no damage to slate board.

This looks great, I haven't used it properly yet but I know it looks good and great quality.
