Next Working Day Delivery
Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Saturday Delivery
In order to receive a Saturday delivery, please select 'Saturday Delivery' at checkout and order by 6:00 PM on Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Friday for delivery the next Saturday.
BULK Item Surcharge
Some items (such as garden tables, chairs, sun loungers and fire pits) are bulky, and they incur an additional shipping surcharge of £3.99, and may take up to 3 days to arrive with you. This charge is added to the overall shipping cost in the checkout, if your cart includes one of these items.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

A nicely crafted product which was exactly as described. Heavy in weight and beautifully crafted. The only criticism, if any, would be it would be nice if it came with protection pads as did the matching place mats and coasters to protect my marble table. Overall I am very happy with this product and it is good value for the price.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?

Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. I wanted to compliment Rinkit Customer Service, and in particular Evie, for bringing an issue with one of their products to a happy conclusion. I ordered 2 sets of glasses from Tesco market place. The first set arrived 3 days earlier than expected which was great, however, the 2nd set hadn’t arrived 6 days after the expected delivery date. The tracking said they’d been delivered.
I ‘phoned customer services at Rinkit and spoke with a very pleasant female who apologised and said she’d get some more sent out for next day delivery. Glasses duly arrived the next day.
Due to this great service I have ordered more glasses which have all arrived.
I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered a box frame and it arrived very quickly. Unformtunately, it arrived with the glass broken but with a short email and a photo sent to Rinkit, the problem was resolved with a complimentary frame being sent out immediately.
I cannot fault the service, the breakage was the fault of the currier but the problem was solved quickly and efficiently.

I bought this after having to throw away more expensive loungers as one collapsed and broke two of my fingers in the side of it! This is such a great little lounger compact, folds up
easily but still sturdy and adjustable, came on to buy another and they have sold out unfortunately!
The raised bed was easy to put together I did it within 30 minutes by myself & it looks lovely in my garden even empty, it will be full in the next couple of days, perfect in everyway. The only thing that let the order down was Evri who did not deliver on the day they should have done, but we all know they are rubbish, thank you

I ordered 3 beautiful products from Nicola Springs range at Rinkit.com, on arrival my large plant pot and jug were perfect but unfortunately my small plant pot had been broken during the delivery process. Having recently had my second stroke I was anxious about the whole process of reporting and resolving this issue, to my surprise and delight one text message from me was met with an incredibly kind email and a new replacement plant pot arriving the next day ! Above and beyond both in their service and kindness.
