Place your order before 6:00 PM for same-day dispatch, with delivery based on your selected method at checkout.
Options
Next Working Day Delivery
Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Saturday Delivery
In order to receive a Saturday delivery, please select 'Saturday Delivery' at checkout and order by 6:00 PM on Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Friday for delivery the next Saturday.
BULK Item Surcharge
Some items (such as garden tables, chairs, sun loungers and fire pits) are bulky, and they incur an additional shipping surcharge of £3.99, and may take up to 3 days to arrive with you. This charge is added to the overall shipping cost in the checkout, if your cart includes one of these items.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?
We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don’t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this. You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.

Ordered from here and my item was delivered the next day, i needed to contact customer service and they replied within the hour and also resolved my issue. Customer services was outstanding. My purchase was also great.
I ordered 3 beautiful products from Nicola Springs range at Rinkit.com, on arrival my large plant pot and jug were perfect but unfortunately my small plant pot had been broken during the delivery process. Having recently had my second stroke I was anxious about the whole process of reporting and resolving this issue, to my surprise and delight one text message from me was met with an incredibly kind email and a new replacement plant pot arriving the next day ! Above and beyond both in their service and kindness.
Received my items yesterday one was broke, no problem, emailed Rinkit, replied straight away, replacing my item as we speak! Highly recommended 😊

This is such a lovely parasol set and sturdy too. I love the fabric as it feels like it's expensive and the tassels feel very luxury. Can't wait for a G&T under it in the sunshine.
