We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you can contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this. You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.

Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?

We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don’t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.

Looked perfect but have given to charity

When I did eventually receive my order, I very quickly realised that it wasn’t the quality product I’d been hoping for. The washers were not fully drilled through, so I was unable to use them, and the bolts are not black but silver and very inferior, completely different to those pictured on the website. My Christmas tree, though small, toppled over a good few times before I was able to stabilise it - and so far, so good. However, I’m sorry to say I won’t be using the stand again next year.

Purchased 3 Christmas tree bases for a care home Christmas light switch on!

I bought an expensive pre lit tree from a well known store last year and packing it away the flimsy plastic legs snapped off . I found this stand and wasn't sure if it would hold my tree as it was artificial . It's excellent for a real tree though as it's very sturdy with a big water well to keep th tree fresh . The metal screws that hold the tree in place are just slightly to small to hold a 6ft artificial tree but that was solved quite easily by wrapping some card around the base of the trunk and they now hold tightly . All in all a fantastically priced tree holder , most definitely recommended

Malheureusement une patte a cassée en serrant la vis mais je me suis débrouillé pour coincer la vis. J’allais pas renvoyer le produit alors que j’en avais besoin pour mon sapin. Bon il fait l’affaire mais encore un produit chinois dont il faut se méfier

Ideal for the job it's designed to do!

It didn't work. Essentially money wasted. Was asked to send a photo but not sure how the photo could show that the screw didn't fit. If a customer is not happy with product options to return should be available immediately. You should not have to got through the rigmarole of sending photos to prove something does not work. I did not have time to do this as have had a very busy couple of week and have just thrown the product away and will not be buying from here again.

Really good quality tree stand and a much better price than other places! Looks great and was easy to assemble.
