Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

When I did eventually receive my order, I very quickly realised that it wasn’t the quality product I’d been hoping for. The washers were not fully drilled through, so I was unable to use them, and the bolts are not black but silver and very inferior, completely different to those pictured on the website. My Christmas tree, though small, toppled over a good few times before I was able to stabilise it - and so far, so good. However, I’m sorry to say I won’t be using the stand again next year.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?

Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. Ordered from here and my item was delivered the next day, i needed to contact customer service and they replied within the hour and also resolved my issue. Customer services was outstanding. My purchase was also great.
I ordered 3 beautiful products from Nicola Springs range at Rinkit.com, on arrival my large plant pot and jug were perfect but unfortunately my small plant pot had been broken during the delivery process. Having recently had my second stroke I was anxious about the whole process of reporting and resolving this issue, to my surprise and delight one text message from me was met with an incredibly kind email and a new replacement plant pot arriving the next day ! Above and beyond both in their service and kindness.

This is such a lovely parasol set and sturdy too. I love the fabric as it feels like it's expensive and the tassels feel very luxury. Can't wait for a G&T under it in the sunshine.
