Easy Rinkit! Overnight Oats
Equipment:
- 500ml Glass Storage Jar
- Spoon
- Scales
Ingredients:
- 50g oats
- 75g yoghurt
- Approx. 100ml Milk (or water) to taste
- Optional extras: Cinnamon, desiccated coconut
- Fruit of your choice (fresh or frozen)
Method:
- Add the oats, yoghurt, and optional extras to the jar.
- Add the milk or water bit by bit.
- If you’re using frozen fruit add this now, the fruit will release some extra water after thawing. This will make the mixture more liquid.
- Stir well and add more milk or water to get the desired consistency.
- Screw the lid on and leave overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning eat the oats straight from the jar or pop them into a bowl and top with the fresh fruit.
