No, E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Yes, your E-Gift Card will expire five years after purchase.
Your E-Gift Card will be valid for use on Rinkit.com only.
Yes, any items returned that are bought using a E-Gift Card will be refunded back to the gift card. If you paid in part card, part E-Gift Card, these will be refunded accordingly.
The E-Gift Card will be automatically emailed to you within moments of placing your order. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folders as sometimes our emails fall into these mailboxes. The email will contain a link through to your E-Gift Card where you can download, print or forward the email to the intended recipient.
Yes, your order can be cancelled providing the E-Gift Card has not been used. Please contact customer services and they will be happy to assist you with your enquiry.
